The rear suspension should "bed in" after a few km of driving. Measuring the distance from the ground to the wheelarch lip reveals that the distance is practically the same (less than 0.5 cm difference). The left photo shows the left side of the vehicle (driver side) whereas the right photo shows the right side (passenger side).

When the driver is present, the distance is equal which proves the theory that the driver side is loaded with an extra weight not compensated on the right side. Thats the reason why the left side rubber thrust ring is thicker than the right side one.
